Salary: £88-£95 A Day *Based on Expeirence

Overview

We are seeking a hardworking and high spirited Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School in Croydon. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and have a dedication t support children in their first stages of the education sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Support the lead teacher in creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
• Help maintain classroom records and assist with administrative tasks
• Collaborate with other staff members to promote a positive learning experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a teaching assistant role is ideal
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of early childhood development and education
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education is a plus

Day-to-day

• Assisting with the setup and organization of classroom activities
• Supporting individual student learning and development
• Communicating with parents and caregivers as needed
• Collaborating with the lead teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Contributing to the overall well-being and growth of the students
