All candidates are required to read and adhere to the Keeping Children Safe in Education DfE guidelines
CCS SUPPLIER
The DfE and CCS’ commercial agreement for the provision of supply teachers aims to provide greater transparency of costs to support control of supply teacher spend, introduce model terms and conditions, and establish a consistent approach to safeguarding and compliance across the sector.
We are proud to be named as a provider on the supply teachers deal.

Safeguarding
Educate Staffing is committed to safeguarding and promoting children and young people's welfare and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Candidates omit to a rigorous recruitment process with Educate Staffing which serves to reduce the risk to schools when employing staff to work with children. When there is concern about an agency worker's conduct, we adhere to the Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education guidelines. Still, some other policies we refer to when an incident arises, or an allegation is made.
Every complaint made is followed up and assessed to identify whether this is deemed a safeguarding issue. We ensure we work in accordance with the London Child Protection Procedures. Detailed guidance on the procedures followed can be found in Keeping Children Safe in Education: Statutory Guidance for Schools and Colleges (September 2021).
