Salary: £90-£100 a day

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with SEN
- Provide support and guidance to classroom teachers and support staff
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of SEN education
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs
- Relevant degree in Education or related field
- Certification in Special Education is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Day-to-Day:
The SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with students, teachers, and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This will involve developing and implementing individualized education plans, providing guidance to staff, and collaborating with external professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with SEN.
