Location: Richmond Upon Thames
Salary: £90-£100 a day * Depending on experience
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join a collaborative team of SEN Teaching Assistants. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, making a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN).
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to SEN students, assisting with their educational and personal development
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement individualized learning plans
- Monitor and track student progress, and provide regular feedback to the relevant stakeholders
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for SEN students
Qualifications
- Relevant experience working 1:1 with SEN students
- Strong understanding of SEN educational strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and tailor support to meet the individual needs of SEN students
Day-to-day
The successful candidate will work closely with SEN students, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. This will involve implementing individualised learning plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the students.
