HLTA / Unqualified Teacher – SEN Class (Speech & Language) – Greenford, Ealing – Immediate Start

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Do you have experience working with children with speech and language difficulties? We are seeking a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or an Unqualified Teacher to join our dedicated team in Greenford, Ealing, working full-time in a small, nurturing SEN class.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small class of 8 children with speech and language difficulties. You will be working alongside a full-time TA, delivering pre-planned lessons in a supportive and structured environment. The children have no challenging behaviour, and the focus is on providing engaging, tailored learning experiences to help them develop their communication and learning skills.

• Position: HLTA / Unqualified Teacher (Full-time)

• Location: Greenford, Ealing

• Start Date: ASAP

• Class Size: 8 children with speech and language difficulties

• Support: Working closely with a Teaching Assistant

• Planning: All lessons are fully planned and prepared for you

• Behaviour: No challenging behaviour

• Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Requirements:

• SEN experience is essential, particularly with speech and language needs

• Teaching experience is beneficial but not required

• A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children with additional needs

• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with staff and professionals
