Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Barnet
Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioner to work across Nursery and Reception in a vibrant primary school in Barnet. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a rewarding opportunity to support young children's development and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in both Nursery and Reception.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as toileting, dressing, and hygiene routines.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, contributing to observations and reports.
- Work closely with other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in an Early Years setting is essential.
- Must be comfortable with providing personal care.
- Ability to engage young children in play-based learning activities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
