Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Harrow
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a primary school in Harrow to work full-time, starting as soon as possible. You will work closely with children with diverse SEN needs, providing the support and guidance they need to thrive in a school environment.Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and special educational needs.
- Implementing behaviour strategies to assist children in their social and academic development.
- Building positive relationships with students, encouraging constructive behaviour.
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support plans.Requirements
- Experience working with children, ideally with special educational needs or behavioural challenges.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to undergo the DBS process.
- Passion for working with young people and helping them overcome challenges.Benefits
