Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN needs, assisting them with their learning and personal development.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans and ensure that the specific needs of each student are met.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic educational setting.
Day-to-day
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide tailored support and ensure that each student's needs are met. You will engage in various educational activities and assist students in their learning journey.
