KS2 Teacher – Hillingdon

Start Date: September 2025
Location: Hillingdon, West London
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Daily Rate: M1 to UPS3 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Educate Staffing is excited to be working with a successful and inclusive three-form entry primary school in Hillingdon, West London, to recruit a committed and passionate Key Stage 2 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September 2025.

About the Role
As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that support academic progress and personal development. You will work alongside a supportive team, with access to shared planning, high-quality resources, and strong SLT guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with year group partners, support staff, and subject leads

  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and extracurricular activities

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 within a UK primary school

  • Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • A reflective, proactive, and enthusiastic teaching approach
