The Role:
We are looking for an experienced or early career KS1 Primary Teacher who is committed to delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons. You will be responsible for a class of eager learners and will be supported by an experienced phase leader, a full-time teaching assistant, and a collaborative team of staff.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate records
Working collaboratively with your year group partner and wider staff
Engaging with parents and carers to support pupils’ learning journeys
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 – desirable but not essential
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to making a difference

Flexible salary offered on the Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS), depending on experience
