The Role:

We are looking for an experienced or early career KS1 Primary Teacher who is committed to delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons. You will be responsible for a class of eager learners and will be supported by an experienced phase leader, a full-time teaching assistant, and a collaborative team of staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Monitoring pupil progress and maintaining accurate records

• Working collaboratively with your year group partner and wider staff

• Engaging with parents and carers to support pupils’ learning journeys

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 – desirable but not essential

• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum

• Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills

• A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning

• Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to making a difference
