Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join an inclusive and diverse school community. The successful candidate will have a passion for education and fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons for Year 4 students
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes equality and diversity
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students
• Implement a diverse and inclusive curriculum that enhances learning for all students

Qualifications

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
• Proven experience in teaching primary school children, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
• Strong understanding of how to create an inclusive learning environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

Day-to-day

• Engage students in interactive and hands-on learning activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a culturally responsive curriculum
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to engage a diverse group of learners
