Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £100 - £110 per day

About the Role:
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in Brent. This is a full-time, term-time only position, starting after the Easter break, perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and well-being.

You will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality support in the classroom, helping to deliver engaging lessons and offering tailored assistance to pupils, including those with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support pupil progress

• Encourage the social, emotional and behavioural development of pupils

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting

• Demonstrates a positive, proactive and patient attitude

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills

• Is passionate about helping children succeed

• Holds a relevant TA qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3), though not essential
