Salary: £100 - £110 per dayAbout the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive primary school community in Ealing. This is a full-time position starting after the Easter break, ideal for someone passionate about working with children and committed to supporting their learning and development.As a key member of our staff team, you will work closely with class teachers to provide individual and small group support, helping to deliver engaging lessons and ensuring all pupils reach their full potential. This role may also include supporting children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning
Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups
Help to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to support pupil progress
Support children’s social, emotional and behavioural development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with primary-aged children (either in school or in another educational setting)
A patient, nurturing and positive attitude
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to learn and develop professionally
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable but not essential
