Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

Job Type: Permanent, ASAP Start

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000* Depending on Experience

Overview:

Are you a Qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a collaborative team to aid children’s early development? The successful candidate must be Level 3 qualified in Childcare and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, social, and intellectual development of children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being of the children
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Qualifications:

• Must be Level 3 qualified in Childcare
• Proven experience working with young children
• Knowledge of early childhood education and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Day-to-day:

• Engage children in educational and fun activities
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and their families
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team
• Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
