Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher with a strong background in teaching SEN students across Primary and Secondary schools. The successful candidate will have QTS and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of SEN students.

SEN Teacher Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement individualized education plans for SEN students
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and support needs

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching SEN students across Primary and Secondary schools
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Day-to-day

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support to SEN students, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all students.
