Overview

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial transactions, including budgeting, invoicing, and payroll processing
- Assist with the administration of HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, record keeping, and compliance with employment regulations
- Utilize SIMS or similar software for data entry and reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized financial and HR records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial planning and analysis
- Provide administrative support to the finance and HR departments as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a school administration role
- Strong understanding of finance and HR processes is ideal
- Proficiency with SIMS or similar school management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Day-to-day
As a Finance/HR Administrator, you will handle various financial and HR duties, including processing invoices, managing payroll, updating staff records, and supporting HR initiatives. You will also collaborate with different departments, gather and analyze financial data, and contribute to the overall function of the finance and HR teams within the school.
