Overview

We are seeking an Exam Invigilator to assist in the smooth running of examinations. The ideal candidate will have experience in exam invigilating and will ensure a fair and secure environment for all students during examinations.

Responsibilities

• Set up examination venues in accordance with strict procedures
• Check examination papers and materials prior to the start of exams
• Supervise and actively invigilate during examination periods
• Ensure compliance with examination regulations and guidelines
• Provide support and guidance to students before, during, and after examinations
• Report any irregularities and breaches in examination protocol
• Assist with the collection and submission of examination papers
• Maintain a calm and controlled exam environment at all times

Qualifications

• Experience in exam invigilating
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure fairness during examinations
• Familiarity with exam regulations and guidelines
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a high-pressure environment

Day-to-day

• Arriving at the exam venue before the scheduled start time
• Setting up the exam room as per guidelines
• Checking student identification and exam materials
• Ensuring a quiet and controlled environment during the exam
• Collecting and organizing completed exams
• Assisting students with questions and issues during the exam
• Reporting any irregularities or breaches in protocol
