Hours: 8am – 6pm, 4 days per week (including school holidays)

Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking to join an OFSTED-rated Outstanding nursery? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our vibrant pre-school team, supporting children aged 3–4 years.

Our nursery in St Albans is a truly special place to work – a modern, purpose-built setting with bright, spacious classrooms and a large, well-equipped outdoor playground where children can learn, explore, and thrive. Our children are happy, confident, and exceptionally well-behaved, benefiting from an engaging environment that supports their curiosity and development every day.

You’ll be joining a warm and welcoming team who work closely together, fostering a supportive and family-like atmosphere. Collaboration, creativity, and a hands-on approach are at the heart of everything we do.

What we’re looking for:
A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
A passion for early childhood education and helping every child reach their potential
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to excellence
